  • Shipping to the Middle East

    My local shipping service has temporarily suspended shipments to the following countries:

    • UAE, Bahrain, Iran, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Israel.

    I'll share any updates on my social media accounts as soon as this is lifted!

  • Shipping to Singapore

    For now, standard postal mail to Singapore is unavailable. :(

    Orders will be sent via express mail (starting at 27 USD/35 SGD), it's pricier but it's also faster!

    Please keep this in mind when ordering. (Order with a friend to split shipping!)

FAQ

The website says that all your items are "Sold out". D:

There will be chances that if you are viewing my store and it says that everything is sold out, I probably have your country removed as a place I can ship to (or I forgot to add it in) so it's preventing you from ordering.

Unless you are from the Middle East (which I currently can't ship out to), please let me know where you are from so I can check if I can add it in to my shipping list!

I'm from the Philippines, how do I order?

All prices and shipping rates listed in this site are intended for customers outside the country.

I can't find a product/it's out of stock. Will you restock it?

If an item from my catalogue is not in this shop update, it means I was not able to restock it due to some issues. :( These items have no guarantee of being restocked.

If an item has run out of stock, it is possible that it will be restocked in the near future (No promises on specific dates. I'd like to clear out my current stock first!).

Where are you shipping from?

All orders are packed and shipped from the Philippines!

How long does shipping take?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 7-14 days. Once your orders have been shipped, it takes about 3-6 weeks to reach you. (Earlier or later depending where you're from)

Orders could also be delayed due to customs or etc. Please be patient with your package! If it passes the ETA of 3-6 weeks, please contact me ASAP!

Why is my tracking number not updating?

Sometimes, tracking numbers won't update once it has left the origin country.

In most cases, it will start updating once it reaches your country so don't worry if it looks inactive!

If there is still no update after the ETA has passed, please reach out to me so I can check for you!

Policies

Customs/Import Fees

Any customs/import fees will not be shouldered by me so please be prepared to pay for any fees that come up once it reaches your country.

Shipping Policy

Once your package has been handed over to the courier, I will not be held responsible if it goes missing/is damaged as this is beyond my control.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations due to change of mind must be made within 24 hours. Once this passes, your order cannot be cancelled anymore.

Refund Policy

All sales are final unless an item is missing from your order or I have sent the wrong item/s. I will only issue refunds for the items that are affected.
